The Opportunity
As a valued member of our Technology Team, you will be involved in numerous areas of technology including software/hardware licensing, change management, training administration, RFP development and project coordination responsibilities.
You will be key in:
- Fostering dialogue within the Department, across business units, and external vendors to ensure that software requirements are being met while following corporate technology standards.
- Working in a team environment in supporting various projects and initiatives to ensure timelines and business objectives are met from a change management, licensing and training perspective.
- Maintaining the software portfolio of applications and the coordination of Internal/External Audit requests.
Your qualifications include a university degree or college diploma in Information Technology, Business or a related field, supplemented by at least 5 years' experience in Technology or Business analysis. You will have a proven track record for achieving results and enabling business process changes and improvements. You have a spark for innovation and are interested in all aspects of software delivery.
You possess excellent leadership, communication and facilitation skills and can quickly adapt to change. You will have strong analytical skills and excellent negotiation abilities. Professional certifications or designations related to Project management would be considered an asset.
