The Opportunity

As a valued member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising Procurement staff
• Accountable for coordinating and executing strategic and technically complex purchases
• Providing guidance and advice to staff on their day-to-day activities and duties
• Promoting positive business relationships with suppliers and other departments within the Company
• Providing technical support and development for all computer systems utilized by Procurement
• Coordinate compliance to procurement practices and internal controls

Your qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, combined with a minimum 5 years of related supervisory experience and proven experience working in Procurement. A Supply Chain Management Program (SCMP) designation would be an asset. You have a demonstrated ability to be tactful and diplomatic in dealing with all levels of personnel internal and external to the Company. You possess a high degree of integrity and credibility and a strong sense of ethics. Your attention to detail and your excellent organizational and analytical skills will make a great fit with our results orientated team. You have solid leadership and motivational skills.

You are a highly motivated team player with a strong commitment to safety and customer service, an excellent work ethic, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
