Lounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Service Advisor.

The Service Advisor's role is to provide an excellent customer experience to our customers. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5pm.

Pay range is : $48,000 to $54,000

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work in the service department

• Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle, with the customer

• Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services

• Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers

• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

• Has good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software

• Bilingual in English and French is required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong interpersonal and customer service and troubleshooting skills

• Likes helping people

• Good work ethic

• Must have a valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract
