SummaryThe Strategic Business Transformation Team (SBT) rolls-up under the CFO leadership and serves Bell corporate-wide. We are a diverse team of strategists, internal advisors, facilitators, and momentum-drivers. The Senior Manager will partner with executives to assist with strategic projects, transformational changes, organization restructuring and improving the overall effectiveness of specific functions.
SBT offers a dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting environment with unique exposure to a wide range of Bell business units. The Senior Manager will leverage methodologies like continuous improvement, BPM and lean management to deliver measurable value and sustainable improvements. The Senior Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and achieve desired outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Director, Strategic Business Transformation, the Senior Manager's primary responsibilities will be to:
- Analyze complex business challenges and develop comprehensive strategies to address them, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Design, implement and deliver business performance/improvement programs in areas such as business process reengineering, business performance improvement, and customer relationship management.
- Advise clients on strategy development, transformational change and organization restructuring based on a solid understanding of client businesses, industries, regulatory environments and solid market or operational analysis.
- Build and drive project plans in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Help the business to successfully navigate through critical changes and address complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in process reengineering, change management, and strategic advisory.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
- Strong ability to synthesize information and large data sets.
- A highly effective collaborator within a matrix environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong client relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including formal presentations to senior executives.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a Fortune 500 company or top consulting firm is highly desirable.
- Certification in AGILE, BPM or Continuous improvement (Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- Experience in telecommunications industry is desirable.
- Ability to travel as needed to support project and transformation initiatives
