Work Location:
- Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months, based in Moncton, NB.
- After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.

As our HR Business Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of our recruitment and HR programs. You'll work closely with our HRBP team and client groups to coordinate, manage, and deliver top-notch HR services. From leading the full-cycle recruitment process to advising hiring managers and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, you'll be our go-to expert for all things HR!
Salary Band: $63,000 and up (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).
What You'll Do:
- Recruitment Superstar: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners, lead the recruitment process, and attend job fairs and networking events to showcase our company as an employer of choice.
- Program Innovator: Stay updated on HR legislation, conduct screening interviews, and ensure our recruitment practices are top-notch and legally compliant.
- Onboarding Guru: Organize new employee orientations, prepare onboarding packages, and ensure our onboarding practices are best in class.
- Process Improvement Champion: Drive initiatives to streamline work processes, collaborate with the People and Culture team, and contribute to data and analytics reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree and/or diploma in business or a relevant field with at least 5 years of HR experience.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) system.
- An innovative thinker who can develop new solutions to problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada
