We're excited to announce a new opportunity for a Payroll Administration team member as we continue to grow and expand our team.

Position Scope:

The role will work within the payroll services department and will be assigned to complete payroll tasks and responsibilities for specific clients. The positions will work directly with the payroll team manager in developing payroll processes, implementing payroll clients, and processing client payrolls. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely data processing of client payrolls, supporting needs of the team, clients and other general payroll functions.

Qualifications:

  • College or University education in business administration, payroll, etc.
  • Payroll Compliance Professional Certificate (PCP) or willingness to obtain is a requirement
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll, benefits, and pension administration

Critical Skills & Applicant Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of capability in the areas of analytical thinking, problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), payroll system solutions (PayWorks, ADP, Ceridian, etc.) and using databases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Payroll Administration.
  • Able to work under minimum direction and act as a team player.
