As the Hire & Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective administration of employee records through data input, preparation and processing of HR transactions and payroll in accordance with Bank guidelines. You will be responsible to provide knowledgeable support to management and staff and ensures all Human Resource policies are administered in a manner consistent with Scotia Service Standards and Complaint Resolution Standards and Procedures.

  • administration support.
  • Ensure Customer Service is consistent with Scotia Service Standards.
  • Participate in departmental activities and actively promote teamwork.
  • Contribute to the overall profitability of the Bank.

  • Human Resources Diploma and/or Human Resources/Organizational Effectiveness/ Employment Law Studies would be considered an asset
