Title: Construction Building Production Worker
Pay: $22.00/hr. to $26.00/hr.
Hours:8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Shifts:Monday- Friday
Location:Chesterville, ON

We are seeking several skilled and experienced Construction Production Workers for a well-established company that has been a leader in various production sectors for over 20 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a passion for working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble prefabricated building components, such as walls, floors, and roofs, using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of building components
• Operate machinery and equipment such as saws, drills, and nail guns to fabricate building components
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or related field
• Knowledge of hand and power tools commonly used in construction
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliable means of transportation as public transportation is not available
