JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Regional Director of Research and the Manager of Research and Health Evaluation, the incumbent supports the evaluation activities related to the clinical learning units or any other evaluation initiative of the Network by collaborating with the Leadership Team, directors and other health professionals. The incumbent helps develop evaluation plans, logical models, data collection tools, evaluation reports and recommendations and is able to analyze statistical data and evaluation results and to manage projects and initiatives. In addition, the incumbent works on developing sector-specific processes and policies, and works with management, as needed, to create major initiatives in the organizational research field.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master of science in nursing, health sciences, public health or a related discipline;
- At least five years' experience in evaluative research or program evaluation;
- Experience in preparation and analysis of progress reports and project management considered an asset;
- Experience in organizational research within a university setting, research facility or hospital setting considered an asset;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Scientific rigour;
- Understanding of the scientific method and research;
- Ability to process and analyze data;
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Tact and discretion;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ingenuity (to be proactive);
