JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Manager will plan, organize, direct, coordinate and monitor the activities of the Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Social Work departments to provide quality services to patients, employees and visitors in accordance with professional standards and with Vitalité Health Network's policies and procedures. The activities of the departments include quality improvement, human and financial resources management, performance management, collection of statistics, training and continuing education, patient and staff safety and research. The position duties also include compliance with the mission, vision and values of Vitalité Health Network as well as collaboration with the various regional projects of the professions in question.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university (in a health profession, preferably a discipline under the position's supervision);
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience;
- Minimum of three years of recent management experience;
- Member of a professional association in a health profession, preferably a discipline under the position's supervision, would be an asset;
- Adherence to the organization's management philosophy and code of organizational values;
- Written and spoken competence in French and English in accordance with the existing language policy;
- Strong sense of responsibility and great ability to work independently;
- Interpersonal skills promoting a climate that is conducive to greeting, concern for the patient, and effective communication;
- Sense of teamwork as well as participatory management style;
- Task and responsibility delegation skills;
- Planning, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills;

- Excellent attendance profile;
- Compliance with the codes of ethics of the professions in question;
