Reporting in to Sr Manager, Retail Learning Programs, The Senior Specialist, Digital Learning is responsible for designing and developing digital learning content based on established learning frameworks. This role monitors learning effectiveness, provides end-user support and troubleshoots as required.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
• Develops or advises the overall framework, strategy and technical design of digital assets, ensuring alignment with learning needs and service level agreements.
• Coordinates across the Global Learning and Business Learning teams in the development of digital learning content, and develops digital assets based on scripts or storyboards.
• Works with LMS Operations team, ensuring alignment with other parts of a program and assists with testing and deployment
• Utilizes technical knowledge to design and develop digital learning content in alignment with established design standards, brand, accessibility and responsiveness guidelines
• Maintains digital learning programs to ensure up-to-date learning content, friendly usability, troubleshooting technical issues, etc.
• Tracks and reports on training activities and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness; gathers and provides trends and insights to Senior Manager
• Provides end-user support and resolves low risk inquiries and concerns
• Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations within his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:


• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Digital Communications or pursing education in related field
• Previous experience in designing and developing digital learning content required
• Knowledge of learning theories and practices
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Articulate 360 suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML/CSS development, Vyond
• Familiarity with accessible learning design preferred (JAWS, WCAG 2.0 requirements)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven teamwork capabilities
• French language skills an asset
