Responsibilities

What you will be doing…

We are looking for a senior leader to steward the prospect and applicant experience and play a lead role in understanding and enhancing the College's market position and interests in a dynamic and competitive environment. You will work with academic, student services, and administrative units to advance integrated approaches to recruitment, admissions and registrar services in order to meet organizational enrolment objectives and provide leadership in the ongoing development and refinement of the college's international enrollment strategy. Without a doubt, the new Director, Enrolment and Registrar must exhibit the characteristics consistent with contemporary leadership and be someone who believes in their core that leadership is shared across all areas and at all levels of the College. As Director of Enrolment and Registrar, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering this vibrant environment.

Reporting to the Vice President, Academic and leading a team of five (5) direct reports with oversight for four (4) service areas, the Director stewards the information systems and technology required to uphold consistent and transparent recruitment and admissions processes and student records systems. The Director continuously monitors and improves these processes and systems to help meet enrolment objectives and to deliver a superior prospect and student experience

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

Our new Director has an undergraduate degree in a relevant field. You have ten years of progressively responsible experience demonstrating a strong working knowledge of enrollment and registrar functions, trends and best practices in student services, enrolment management, and client relations or equivalent in education or public service. Your experience includes working within a complex, high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environment. You have the ability to inspire others through exemplary leadership practice and strong people management skills. And you are looking for the challenge of a lifetime.
