LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We're on the lookout for an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to set the strategic direction for our organization's learning and development initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our L&D Manager, you'll be charting the course for talent development across our organization. Your mission? To craft engaging learning pathways and implement strategic training programs that drive our workforce toward excellence. Through proactive engagement with stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and assessing our organization's training needs. This insight will guide the design and execution of a comprehensive training calendar that aligns seamlessly with customer requirements and organizational objectives. Working closely with leaders, you'll steer initiatives that equip our crew for both present and future challenges while making the best use of our learning resources.

• Design Genoa's Learning Strategy: Develop a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with our company's goals, keeping our crew on a steady course toward growth.
• Navigate Learning Pathways: Lead our Academy team in delivering impactful learning programs that prepare our crew for future roles and succession planning.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS): Manage our LMS, blending online and hands-on training to meet the diverse needs of our crew.
• Financial Stewardship: Apply your budgeting and financial acumen to manage costs and seek out funding opportunities for learning programs that deliver a strong ROI.
• Chart Progress: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring that every learning initiative is impactful.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience navigating the seas of talent development or L&D, ideally working in a project environment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple training initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
