Actively seeking Customers on the racetrack within the Appliance and Custom Kitchen Show rooms
Asking open-ended questions and expressing interest in projects in order to best serve the Customer
Determining Customer's level of expertise and needs. Answering questions and escorting Customers to merchandise in other sales areas that fit their needs
Assisting Customers in other sales areas when appropriate
Providing customer service over the telephone
Assisting Customers with special orders and install sales (i.e. Home Depot Services)
Communicating with the Escalation Team regarding ordering issues
Communicating with the Freight/Fulfillment Team regarding pack-out/pack-down
Attending all scheduled product knowledge and training seminars
