Your Contribution

As Learning and Development Advisor, you will work closely with the Human Resources and Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deploy skills and talent development programs in alignment with organizational development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and partners to analyze and assess emergent skills needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators and evaluation tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Plan and coordinate multiple projects, while overseeing phases, activities and schedules, and monitoring progress.
  • Manage and optimize the use of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its effectiveness for training purposes.
  • Facilitate training sessions or workshops (in-person, virtual or hybrid) by integrating various learning and assessment methods.
  • Support teams in change management by facilitating the integration of new skills and practices arising from initiatives.
  • Monitor the latest trends, techno-pedagogical innovations and best practices, and make recommendations accordingly.

Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, training and skills development, or related field
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience.
  • Experience in implementing and deploying large-scale organizational programs.
  • Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Solid understanding of organizational dynamics, andragogy and talent management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships that foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent control over priorities and deadlines.
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms) and ease with technology and videoconferencing tools.
  • Knowledge of learning management platforms (LMS)
  • Membership of professional associations (e.g. CHRP, SHRM, ADT) an asset.
