Saltwinds Coffee Company is an award-winning roastery based in New Brunswick, specializing in creating premium Maritime coffee experiences that are sustainably roasted with carbon-reduction technology.

We are looking for a Coffee Sales Agent to help us build out and service our retail customer base, while also engaging with local consumers. Your duties will include:

• In-person visits and deliveries to retail customers across the Maritimes while building strong, lasting relationships with our wholesale customers
• Interacting with consumers face-to-face while staffing the Saltwinds market booth to gain insights on consumer preferences
• Contributing to and executing on plans to grow existing retail accounts;
• Achieve or exceed established sales goals;
• Delivering a superior customer experience to drive account retention and growth;
• Other duties as required to help Saltwinds Coffee Company grow

This is a full time role ideally starting end October / early November. The salary will depend on the candidates' experience and qualifications. Additionally, the candidate will be required to drive regular distribution routes across New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia up to several days per week. The candidate will need to be based near Fredericton, NB, as they may be required to work in an office and at events in the Fredericton area. Travel expenses outside of the greater Fredericton area will be reimbursed. Ambitious entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

The successful Coffee Sales Agent is:

• In possession of a sales-related degree or diploma, OR has 1+ years of sales experience
• Demonstrates customer-centric focus in their work, prioritising delivered value and solution-finding
• Savvy with technology and comfortable working with online sales tools like CRMs
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who is great at building relationships
• Knowledge of the coffee industry is a strong advantage
• A proactive, motivated, and organised self-starter who excels at setting and meeting goals.
• In possession of a valid Canadian driving license and willing to travel weekly across the Maritimes
• Passionate about coffee and eager to share that passion with the world
