Seaside Chevrolet in Shediac, New Brunswick is looking for a Service Advisor.
We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand. As a Service Advisor, your role will be to provide excellent customer experience to our customers

The ability to speak in English and French (fluently) is required for this role.
The hours of work are 7:30am to 5pm.

- Be the dealership's first-line of customer service.

Sell products or services that will maintain their vehicle in good condition.

Schedule service work in the service department

Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle, with the customer

Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services

Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers

Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software

Bilingual in English and French.

High school diploma or GED required

Strong interpersonal and customer service and troubleshooting skills
