What You Will Do:
- Provide day-to-day customer service and sales at AL's Retail Space.
- Adapt to a wide range of issues with ease.
- Interact and provide quality, knowledgeable support to customers, players, winners, and the public.
- Maintain corporate image and integrity while ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Demonstrate accuracy when balancing cash and managing ticket inventory.
- Learn about all lottery products and services to provide the best possible customer experience.

What we are looking for:
Education and Experience
- Post-Secondary School (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service roles is highly beneficial.
- Experience in handling cash and balancing transactions.
- Experience in sales or retail environments is advantageous.
- Bilingualism (French & English) is a must.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
