What You Will Do:

  • Provide day-to-day customer service and sales at AL's Retail Space.
  • Adapt to a wide range of issues with ease.
  • Interact and provide quality, knowledgeable support to customers, players, winners, and the public.
  • Maintain corporate image and integrity while ensuring confidentiality of information.
  • Demonstrate accuracy when balancing cash and managing ticket inventory.
  • Learn about all lottery products and services to provide the best possible customer experience.

What we are looking for:

Education and Experience

  • Post-Secondary School (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in handling cash and balancing transactions.
  • Experience in sales or retail environments is advantageous.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is a must.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
