The Catalyst Operations Development Program is your one-stop shop for launching a supercharged and dynamic career in Operations! The world of Operations is fast-paced and ever-changing.

As a Catalyst, you will join as a full-time employee and will complete three rotations over a 24-month program in Global Operations. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a permanent role where you will leverage your experience and continue to support critical bank operations.

Global Operations (GO) provides the mission-critical support for all our business-units, customers, and various banking operations in Canada and Latin America. We are experts in all things Ops, including International Operations, Global Regulatory Operations and Internal Controls, Enterprise Digitization, Retail and Business Banking Operations, Ops and Corporate Services, Global Contact Centres, Global Fraud Management and Collections (to name a few!). As a GO Catalyst, you will develop your skills in data analytics, project management, and strategy work.

Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this program?

• An Undergraduate or master's degree completed between Fall 2023 and Summer 2025.
• A strong understanding of Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
• You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, competitions, and/or hackathons.
• You are fully mobile across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) for the duration of the program.
• Can speak Spanish fluently
