Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a logical, detail-oriented, adaptable individual to join our team as a HR Operations Process/Applications Lead. The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting feedback to improve processes and creating content that is easy to understand.

Who you are

You have worked in a customer and team centric environment focused on improving processes and services for a minimum of 3 years. You have experience in process development, process mapping, and working with various technology. You are quick to adapt and learn new technical systems and have demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and Word at an advanced level.

A degree/diploma in a related discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an Information Technology related field. Two to three years process improvement experience in a complex environment.

Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.

What you will do

The HR Operations Process/Applications Lead is responsible to:

  • Address process improvement requirements within the HR applications based on customer/team centric approach. Understand business processes, gather, and define business requirements, conduct workflow analysis, identify improvement opportunities/gaps.
  • Act as the subject matter expert responsible for designing process and building content for e-forms and other HR applications. Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of new HR applications, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating practice, user training and documentation, documentation for applications, tools, and associated processes.
  • Participate as an active member on various projects
