Definition of Work: This position requires a high degree of motivation, organization, and communication skills to support the fast-paced environment of a medical clinic. The Clerk Typist II will be responsible for scanning functions ongoing maintenance of electronic medical record (EMR), Telehealth, data entry, registration processes, reception, communication, and management of information flow, and other related clerical duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Completion of high school and a two-year, full-time office administration program which has provided training in typing, bookkeeping and office practice is required. A typing speed of 40 words per minute and medical terminology are also required.
Please note: If no suitable applicant is found with the above noted qualifications, consideration may be given to individuals who have successfully completed a two-year Business Admin program or a one-year Office Admin program with 3 years' experience in a medical clinic or graduation from High School and minimum 5 years' experience in a medical clinic.

Note: Use of a private vehicle is a condition of employment.

*A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this position.

Hours of Work: 75 Hours per pay period;
A variety of shifts but not limited to 0830-1630, 1200-2000, 1300-2100 and 1400-2200 Hours; Monday to Sunday (flexibility required)
Salary Scale: $22.06 to $24.25 per hour
