JOB TYPE: Permanent part-time

SCHEDULE: Day, Evening, Weekend, Rotation, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken English

JOB SUMMARY:Ensures that dictated reports are corrected, signed, and distributed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school or general education diploma (GED), plus an additional administrative support course or program of six months to one year, or the equivalent;
• Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);
• Know of other software programs currently used within the Network;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
• Good work history (performance and attendance);
• Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
• Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
