Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure store sales targets are met each month.

Coach and develop the sales team to enhance performance and drive sales.

Train new team members and support ongoing professional development.

Recruit, hire, and onboard sales team members to build a strong workforce.

Oversee the warehouse manager and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

Assist the warehouse team in problem-solving when issues arise.

Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively.

Oversee our in-home design program to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Commissioned sales experience.

Management experience in a retail environment.

Customer service experience.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
