Job Title: Director of Operations - Tim Hortons, Prince Edward Island

Location: Prince Edward Island, Canada

Position Overview: The Director of Operations for Tim Hortons in Prince Edward Island will oversee the daily operations, strategic planning, and overall performance of multiple Tim Hortons locations within the region.This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding the brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple Tim Hortons locations, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall store performance.

2. Team Management & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.

3. Financial Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and inventory, to ensure profitability and cost control.
  • Develop and manage budgets, set financial targets, and implement strategies to achieve them.

4. Guest Experience:

  • Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards in food, service, and cleanliness.
  • Address and resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

5. Compliance & Safety:

? Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.

? Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in multi-unit food service or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
