HiTech Communications Ltd is seeking a full time office administrator for their Dartmouth location.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
posting cheque, credit card and EFT payments to customer accounts
issuing purchase orders
entering vendor invoices
entering new inventory part numbers
inventory count
weekly bank deposits
maintaining office, kitchen and washroom supplies
answering telephone
greeting customers
other duties as determined by the Office Manager.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There may be times when hours outside of these is required.
The ideal candidate will have five years experience in an office administrative/bookkeeper position, experience using accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite, have a valid NS driver's licence and have a vehicle.
Candidate must be fluent in English and must be available to start immediately.
