As a Reliability Maintainer, you'll:
- Ensure optimal machine performance and compliance within your area of responsibility.
- Provide effective and efficient technical support to production operations.
- Collaborate with high-performance teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a technical program.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
