Provide accuracy between listed products and physical quantities in the Retail Support Centre (RSC). Investigate and report all irregularities and make the correct adjustments as required. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment. This is a permanent Full Time position on our Night shift at our 260199 High Plains Blvd in Rocky View County, AB location. This is a Temporary position on the Night shift (8 PM to 430 AM).
Here's where you'll be focusing:
- Cycle count product to ensure accuracy between EXE and the physical quantities in the RSC
- Investigate adjustments and missed letdowns
- Process store claims, returns and credits
- Recalls completed within process time frame
- Adhere to and implement all applicable company safety standards
- Maintain all company safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Other duties as required
What you have to offer:
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in RSC
- Previous inventory control experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with material handling equipment
- Certificate/Diploma in Inventory control, however education and experience will be considered
- Communicate with stores and provide exemplary customer service
- Excellent computer skills including applications of SAP, EXE, WMS and Microsoft office programs.
- Occasionally lift up to 88 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Various shifts including nights and weekends
