Title : Coordinator, Major Account Solutions - Prevention and Safety

In this role, you will :

  • Develop an understanding of Clients needs and goals under the terms and conditions of a government and corporate contract.
  • Participate in the onboarding phase to plan and schedule transition training for Instructors, Instructor Trainers and Supervising Instructor Trainers.
  • Manage staff and volunteer schedules for direct delivery courses, including participation lists, cancellations and rebooking course dates.
  • Provide orientation to CRC online tools, technology, and resources.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained in training CRC & other systems.
  • Provide exceptional communication and consistent response times for requests for information and assistance.
  • Identify issues and trends to improve overall performance of contract requirements.
  • Create an annual workplan using information provided for initial set up and ongoing training planned for the contract.
  • Track customer interactions, leads and opportunities in CRM.
  • Ensure Program Standards are understood and followed.
  • Provide reports and documentation as contractually required.
  • Provide product knowledge training for new and existing courses.
  • Understand the legislative first aid needs of each province/territory.

What we are looking for :

  • A Post-secondary education in the fields of Commerce or Business Administration. A minimum of two (2) years experience in client management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Instructor level knowledge of Canadian Red Cross First Aid Program is an asset.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience working in LMS environments.
  • Ability to be flexible and detail oriented.
