Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a Quality Test Analyst in Moncton, NB.
As our Quality Test Analyst you are responsible for performing system and integration level testing services by ensuring proper testing, test management, and adherence to process and documentation. You are also responsible to support User Acceptance Testing by setting up test scenarios, providing application administration support as well as transaction management. You will do the day-to-day administration and management of testing tools including test automation tools.

Salary Band: $48,552 - $72,828 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $54,000 - $64,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).
Execute testing services for assigned projects: Develop and maintain test cases/test suites from a comprehensive test plan; Run test cases according to schedule; comprehend the results of testing; describe the results of testing; submit defect reports; retest defect resolutions.
Provide problem determination services for testing issues management: Provide details on what caused defects to occur and work with resolution team to resolve; determine best course of action to take to effective replicate defects in order to determine root cause of the problem.
Concisely communicate test coverage, status and remaining work to the Test Lead: Provide daily reports of testing activities; identify testing impediments and escalate them effectively; provide recommendations on test approach and improvements.
Coordinate with Infrastructure team to ensure that the test environments are properly setup for test cycle(s): Provide test environment requirements; manage test environment configurations, submit environment requests to Environment Management team and work with them on proper environment setup.
Perform ad hoc analysis and actively participate in other related projects and duties as assigned: Participate in any testing analysis required to effectively deliver testing services; set up test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing; administer testing tools; develop and execute automation tests.
Education and Experience:
- University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business-related fields.
- 3+ years' experience of progressive IT experience with emphasis on quality control/testing.
- Knowledge of performance testing and automation methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of quality management tools such as requirements management, test management and defect management.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
