  • Conduct site assessments to aid in generating quotes and planning installation projects.
  • Perform lift load testing, preventative maintenance, and repair services in healthcare facilities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and administrative teams.
  • Communicate with Project Coordinators/Managers about daily site progress and address any issues.
  • Conduct sling inspections at various facilities.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.
  • Undertake other duties as required.

What we are looking for:

  • A positive attitude and exceptional personality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.
  • Confidence to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Enjoyment in teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
  • Respectful and comfortable working in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction or related building trades.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with various structural types (concrete, steel, wood, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience in construction, building, and hardware installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and room layouts.
  • Mechanical aptitude with skills in assembling hardware and components.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Experience with patient lift systems in healthcare settings is an asset.

What we offer:

We offer a Competitive Compensation Package that includes:

  • Comprehensive Health and Dental Benefits: Enjoy a robust cost-shared health and dental program to keep you and your family well-covered.
  • Top-Tier Pension Plan: Benefit from our highly ranked defined benefit pension plan (NSHEPP), ensuring your long-term financial security.

  • Wellness and Family Leave: Take advantage of dedicated Wellness Days and Family Leave Days to support your personal and family life.
  • Annual Wellness Allowance: Receive an annual allowance to support your well-being through various wellness initiatives.
  • Professional Development: Access ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development to advance your career.
