Department Overview
The Canadian Card Payments, Loyalty & Personal Lending (CCPL&PL) department is a dynamic team responsible for strategy, product development, customer lifecycle management and the financial performance of all Canadian credit card and personal lending products.
We consistently innovate our Canadian credit cards with industry-leading digital capabilities: TD Consumer and Business credit cards are found in wallets across Canada, thanks to the ease and convenience our products offer. We also leverage our retail distribution network, direct response channels and key co-brand partnerships (including Aeroplan and Amazon) to deliver unexpectedly human perks for our valued customers.
Our team's overall goal is to help customers build better lives with simplified borrowing solutions that not only serve their needs but are accessible to all our customers across all channels.

About The Program
The Canadian Card Payments, Loyalty and Personal Lending Associate Program is an immersive 24-month program designed to help you step into our world of Canadian Credit Cards and personal lending products through challenging projects and assignments alongside experienced colleagues at the top of their game. The goal of the program is to help you develop strong analytical skills to determine the business impact of our product offerings and understand how it all relates back to our customers.
If you're customer-focused, business-savvy and have a knack for product appeal, we want you to be part of our leadership rotational program.
In this program you'll rotate* across Canadian Credit Cards and Personal Lending business units every six months:
- Product Management
- Project Delivery & Execution
- Loyalty & Partnerships
- Credit Risk & Loss Mitigation
*We align rotation opportunities with our business strategies to ensure you work on the most important priorities.

Make an Impact:
- Use your strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each rotation you're assigned
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the Canadian Credit Card Businesses in addition to various support partners
Experience Growth:
- Participate in unique development opportunities, such as learning sessions with principal Credit Card partners
- Spend time with executive leadership for mentorship and presentations
- Get regular access to personal brand development sessions
Cultivate Our Culture of Care:
- Act as a Canadian Credit Cards, Loyalty and Personal Lending Associate Program ambassador by supporting future cohorts
- Participate in internal committees to drive positive change as well as community events to make an impact on our greater customer and colleague community

Additional Information
Educational Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related field. Must be graduated by May 2025 with an Undergraduate degree in a business-related field

This is a Toronto-based program which starts in July, 2025.
