We are seeking a proactive, purpose-driven Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to bring renewed energy and direction to the community-someone who can provide strategic guidance, create structure, and champion the community's ambitions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the senior management team, guide strategic planning efforts, and ensure the successful implementation of community initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with federal, provincial, and First Nation agencies, all while advancing the mission and objectives of Pictou Landing First Nation.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field, coupled with proven leadership experience at a senior level.
