CAA Atlantic is currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director, the Marketing Coordinator will support planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. Additionally, they will lead the ordering of promotional items, coordinate brand related sponsorships and donations, execute monthly direct mail campaigns, while working closely with a variety of departments within the organization, as well as external vendors. This role requires excellent time management, organization and the ability to manage a variety of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer services to internal and external partners.
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Managing relationships with both internal and external partners, responding to Member and supplier requests
- Providing marketing support services and tracking and analyzing data
- Supporting branches with POS materials and signage
- Managing marketing collateral and promotional item inventory
- Managing inquiries related to donation and sponsorship
- Assisting with marketing events as required, which may involve travel.
- Handling various projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Executing monthly direct mail campaigns
- Support other related duties as required
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
- Relevant degree or diploma Marketing, PR or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with event management is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and oral communication skill
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
