Assumption Life is looking for a qualified Insurance Inside Sales Advisor to join its sales and marketing team.
This person must be skilled at building strong business relationships with a strong customer focus. This person plays an essential role in the business line's results in the regions assigned to them, working closely with the Quebec Business Development Directors.
This job will be entirely done remotely
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets
- Learn and master the details of our product and service offering
- Understand the needs, issues and/or desires of our distributors and communicate opportunities for improvement internally.
- In collaboration with the team, proactively communicate with advisors to inform them about Assumption Life's various products.
- Inside sales support
- Onboarding process for all new brokers.
- College or university degree in business administration or related field
- 5 years experience in the financial services and insurance industry
- 3 years of experience in sales (internal or external) of life insurance products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Sales, negotiation and networking skills
- Creativity to identify new opportunities and establish rapid growth
