We area seed potato farm near Fort Saskatchewan, AB and currently have an opening for a Farm Foreman. If you have 3 - 5 years of related experience in all aspects of potatoes and would like to be part of a great team, please apply today.

Job Duties: include working with potato planters, potato diggers, and assisting with irrigation throughout the summer. The ability to help direct seasonal employees is an asset. Mechanical experience is a must as we maintain and fix equipment through the winter months.

We work collaboratively as a team to grow the crop.

Hours may very during the season, (Monday- Saturday) We do not work Sundays.

Responsibilities: Repair automobiles, truck, tractors, and other farm equipment. Perform routine maintenance on field equipment. Operate farm equipment during seeding and harvest. Assist with irrigation in the summer.

Qualifications: Previous experience on a farm (Potato farm preferred). Knowledge of shop equipment (ex, welder, torch, etc.) Ability to operate equipment (forklift, skidsteer, etc.) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Should be detailed oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
