TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Full-time Permanent position: 40 hours/week
Wage: $40.00/hour

Duties / Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth.
- Assess product or service characteristics to determine marketing and advertising needs.
- Advise clients on marketing, advertising, and promotional opportunities.
Content and Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging and consistent content across social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and refine strategies.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Assist senior management in leading a dynamic social media marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and training to enhance skills and campaign execution of the junior team members.
Public Relations and Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to inform key audiences about organizational initiatives.
- Build and nurture online communities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering brand loyalty.
- Serve as the organization's spokesperson, coordinating media events and handling inquiries.
Influencer Marketing and Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify brand reach.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers for enhanced credibility and exposure.
Event Coordination and Representation:
- Organize and manage events for publicity, fundraising, and information dissemination.
- Represent and act as an agent for talented individuals, managing contracts and engagements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field is required.
- Certifications in Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing and Social Media management (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing corporate and MCN accounts for social media &, digital marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience managing influencers for digital marketing purposes on SnapChat
- Minimum 2 years experience in community engagement strategies for the purposes of digital marketing
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of SnapChat, content creation, and analytics tools
- Experience with managing contractors
- Project management skills
- High proficiency English writing skills to facilitate communication with client's teams and departments
- Proven ability in understanding and utilizing marketing data and subsequently making informed decisions on future strategy
- Proven experience in managing multiple corporate client accounts simultaneously.
