Position: | Part-Time Mobile Supervisor

Hours: | Saturday & Sunday - 2200-0600
Payrate: | $17.00/hr
Working as a Mobile Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Completing investigations and incident reports
  • Attending routine site check-ins
  • Attending alarm calls
  • Performing site and perimeter patrols
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide relief for other sites as directed
  • Other duties as required
Job Description
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment with maintaining the utmost professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and customer service orientation
  • Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations
  • Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Comfortable working alone
  • Approach and remove trespassed or suspicious individuals from sites/properties
  • Thoroughly document any incidents during shift
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
  • Monitor and maintain Mobile vehicle while on shift, and communicate any repairs needed to CSM
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of security experience required
  • 1 year of security supervisor experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Must possess a valid G Class Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
  • Must be able to provide proof of (minimum) double COVID vaccination
