Security Supervisor - Mobile

Payrate: | $17.00/hr
Working as a Mobile Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Completing investigations and incident reports
- Attending routine site check-ins
- Attending alarm calls
- Performing site and perimeter patrols
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide relief for other sites as directed
- Other duties as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment with maintaining the utmost professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and customer service orientation
- Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations
- Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Comfortable working alone
- Approach and remove trespassed or suspicious individuals from sites/properties
- Thoroughly document any incidents during shift
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
- Monitor and maintain Mobile vehicle while on shift, and communicate any repairs needed to CSM
- Minimum 1 year of security experience required
- 1 year of security supervisor experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Must possess a valid G Class Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
- Must be able to provide proof of (minimum) double COVID vaccination
