Be at the centre of Bell's transformation and growth on the Corporate Services team. Enabling our industry-leading businesses requires many teams working collaboratively, such as Corporate Security & Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Procurement, Strategic Business Transformation and Real Estate. You'll be part of guiding strategic vision and hands-on delivery of the business to drive our business forward and support groups and team members across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under limited supervision to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues
  • Possesses well-developed skills in providing data analytics services to clients
  • Gathers operational data to examine past business performance
  • Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision-making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
  • Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies
  • May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis
  • Work in collaboration with the Energy and Environmental team lead in order to track energy initiatives, GHG reduction target and capacity management
  • Perform targeted audits, report on findings, provide recommendations and follow up with audited managers
  • Build a quarterly scorecard and interpret results, present to VP committee
  • Review current Capital delivery program processes and make recommendations of improvement to reduce risk exposure and improve delivery; be involved in change management program to implement recommendations
  • Build training material and give training sessions on best practices and standard processes
  • Communicate with Bell internal end users of real estate services, understand their needs and concerns, lead improvements, adjust processes and/or service level accordingly
  • Review industry best practices in terms of risk management in the real estate industry
Education / Professional accreditations
  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Analyst, Data Analytics or equivalent combination of education and working experience
  • Mechanical, electrical, construction, civil or building engineering degree and experience in Real Estate Portfolio management
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 to 4 years' experience in Data Analytics or Process improvement
  • Highly developed analytical skills combined with strong presentation abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power point
  • Willingness to proactively seek information to ensure exceptional risk evaluation and mitigation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, persuasion and a demonstrated ability to maintain cooperative relationships at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and dive into details when necessary
  • Understanding and knowledge of real estate industry and main risk standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
