Title : Coordinator, Student Nutrition Program

In this role, you will :
- Support program delivery and capacity building through on-site evaluations, resource material development, implementation of safety standards, and sharing best practices.
- Develop innovative approaches to continually support students in a virtual, at-home learning environment.
- Manage program data collection, reporting requirements, and records maintenance.
- Collaboratively organize and participate in special events and fundraisers that celebrate and support healthy eating.
- Work collaboratively with Community Development Coordinators across Ontario to share information and leverage partnership opportunities.
- Provide broader support to the Student Nutrition Program team.
What we are looking for :
- One to three years' Community College diploma in a related field.
- One to three years' job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This includes experience in Community Program Development or an equivalent.
- Experience in school nutrition related programs is an asset.
- Experience working with schools and school boards is an asset.
- Food Safety Level 1 Certification is an asset.
- Excellent data management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative and a strong team player, but also able to work independently.
- High degree of workplace adaptability.
Working conditions :
- Work is performed in an office environment. Some travel may be required to visit local schools.
