Position Overview:

As a Junior Finance Manager at Moncton Kia, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities within the dealership. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and processing vehicle financing and leasing options for customers.
• Review and analyze financial documents, credit applications, and loan agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop finance strategies and promotions.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
• Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day operations and special projects.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to financing options.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferd.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive finance products and practices is a plus.
