Job Description:

Do you like working in a fast-paced environment? Can you maintain relationships with our partners by providing Legendary Customer Service while providing operational support and processing transactions with established guidelines and Service Level Agreements? In this role, a typical day may look like:

  • You provide "First Call Resolution" support with incoming calls by understanding the partners' needs and guiding the partner with appropriate solutions and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

• You would complete investigations in a timely manner. Ensure prepared documentation is accurate, reflects business intentions and escalate risk issues or process gaps identified.

• You seek out efficiencies to build and cultivate an environment that challenges the status quo and adopts technology so we are all able to work smarter.

• Prioritize and manage own workload with minimal supervision to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity targets.

• Help build a positive and equitable work environment through team effectiveness, promoting personal performance development and sharing industry knowledge to achieve common objectives.

• You build and maintain relationships with others through detailed communications, clear language and active listening.

Department Overview:

With offices located around the world, TD Securities Global Operations and Business Services or Payments & Correspondent Banking Services (PCBS) is rapidly evolving within our diverse and highly motivated professionals looking to deliver continued business success through leadership, collaboration, innovation and forward-thinking. We operate as "One Team" to support the facilitation of global payments from individual to corporate clients which are managed by payments department and correspondent bank services including drafts, current accounts, and cash letters/collections. Our goal is to deliver world-class service and as such, we are constantly challenging our infrastructure by driving change and innovation to meet the needs of our business and clients.

Payment Investigations & Helpdesk (PIHD) is responsible for all wire payment investigations for Retail, Commercial, Wealth, Corporate and Wholesale clients as well as other Financial Institutions using TD as their Canadian bank. We receive inquiries through Swift, emails and our inbound contact center.
