Essential Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related discipline that matches the skills required to initiate and manage long-term, multi-faceted projects is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a similar work environment with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Time management, organizational skills, and a strong ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities as needed. Experience managing large, complex projects that involve working with external consultants, stakeholders, and varying service areas within the organization, and overseeing the creation of project plans to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude to build effective work relations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and motivate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Experience working with engineers, architects, and planning professionals is considered an asset, as well as a familiarity with local government. Proficiency in both official languages, English and French, is considered an asset.
