Summary

As a part of the Bell Brand team, you will be helping to lead the launch and evolution of our Digital Marketing capabilities. This is a great opportunity to be the foundation of all digital campaigns for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country. We are actively seeking an Ad Operations Specialist in either our Montreal or Toronto office who will become an integral member of our Digital Performance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Traffic creative assets across ad server, DSPs, and social media platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data flow between DMP, DSP, ad server, and additional tools, determine Ad Ops processes and appropriate naming conventions.
  • QA adherence to naming conventions for all digital marketing activities.
  • Recommend and implement tagging across owned and operated properties.
  • Work with vendors to ensure tracking needs are met.
  • Be the point of contact on the activation team for any tracking issues.
  • Support the media buying teams with operational tasks related to maintenance of digital campaigns.
Critical Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience implementing and managing ad campaigns.
  • Experience with ad trafficking across multiple platforms.
  • In-depth familiarity with ad servers, DMPs, DSPs, and the digital media ecosystem in general.
  • Proven track record implementing and successfully interconnecting ad tech.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and time efficient.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics platforms.
  • Proficient in Campaign Manager 360 or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.
  • Passion for data, emerging media and technology.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.
