Forklift Order Picker

Kitchener, ON

Our customer is a leading distributor of commercial print and papers. We are looking to add a full time Reach Truck operator to their warehouse staff. Great opportunity to work for a well-established company in Kitchener.

Wage: $20.00/hr.

Shift: 3 pm – 11 pm

Shifts available: Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

• Order picking, load-unload trailers and safety check of equipment for safe operation
• RF scanner use
• Verifying product to pick sheet and retrieving product;
• Wrapping orders when required and building stock on pallets in safe and logical manner;
• Staging of product
• Communicating all shortages or discrepancies within an order to the Supervisor or Order Desk;
• Following all health and safety procedures;
• Assisting in other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• One year of experience operating Forklift;
• Valid forklift certification
• Warehouse experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed with the ability to work well with minimal supervision
