Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Cambridge, ON
Our Customer in Cambridge is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can work collaboratively with the team to deliver desired customer experience and achieve business objectives.
Wage: $18.00/hour
Shift: Days (8 am -4:30 pm)
Shifts available: Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
· Enter received orders in the order entry module of ACCPAC and respond to inquiries regarding orders.
· Maintain a systematic filing system and enter customer invoices received.
· Maintain goods returned credit and adjust prices accordingly.
· Develop productive relationship with customers in order to help and anticipate their needs.
· Completion of assignments on time and meeting deadlines.
· Administrative Assistance to other staff members when needed.
· Work on other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· One year of experience in Customer Service.
· Bilingual - English and French
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Ability to work effectively with Sage ACCPAC is an asset.
· Willingness to work in an Office setting.
· Willingness to maintain professionalism.
· Detailed Oriented, Strong Communication skills and Organizational skills.
