Parts Advisor

Shifts: Monday through Saturday (Full-Time Working Hours) Occasional Weekend
Hours: Rotating Shifts
Pay Rate: $22 - $26
Location: Kingston

Job Details:
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis
- Process customer orders through the computer system ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery service
- Shipping and receiving
- Follow directions from supervisor and/or manager
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and their parts OR willingness to learn
- Parts department experience considered an asset
- Team player
- Computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work a rotating shift
