Shift/Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm
Pay rate: $23.19
The Receptionist primarily performs telephone, email, and in-person reception duties for a long term care home. The Receptionist also provides general office clerical support to Fairmount's management and administration teams, staff, and residents.
Responsibilities:
* Performs reception duties via telephone, email, and in-person; determines the nature of inquiries and directs residents, family members, and the general public to staff and/or information needed in a professional, courteous, and compassionate manner
* Produces a variety of correspondence, memoranda, etc., electronically or manually, for review by the Executive Assistant
* Provides photocopying, scanning, e-filing, faxing, and other related services and operates related equipment to perform the same
* Schedules tours of the Home; books meetings and other rooms (e.g. Auditorium, family room) for staff, residents, family members, and the general public
