Shunter

Immediate opening available in Brampton. We are seeking a shunter who has previous experience either on the road or shunting. This position is long term with applicable over time after 44 hours and available benefits after 3 months.

Wage: $24.20/hr. + 1.00 /hr. weekend shift premium (paid on payroll only)

Shift: Days/Afternoon/Nights

Shift Available: Monday to Friday OR Sunday to Friday

Overtime as required

Job Duties:

· Ability to hook up and move trailers at a steady pace

· Complete required paperwork

· Adhere to all safety measures

· Complete moves using radio or scanner

· Perform yard checks when required

Job Requirements:

· Preference of 1 year of shunting experience

· Ability to start earlier or stay later than posted shift

· Experience with radio, tablet or scanner

· Willing to provide abstract & CVOR dated within 30 days

· Willing to provide criminal background check
