Shift: Monday to Friday, Days 8am - 4:30pm

We are hiring a permanent Customer Service Representative to join our client's team! This company is a supplier of industrial products and services. The services they provide include Tool Reconditioning, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Vending, Product Engineering and more! We are looking for personable candidates with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Become an expert of the products and services being supplied to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability
- Contact suppliers for quotes, review proposals, negotiate for best pricing and terms
- Communication with customers and other team members over phone and email
- Resolve issues with delivery, inventory, and invoicing as needed
- Provide excelled customer service and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Other general administrative tasks as assigned
Candidate Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in similar customer care position
- Previous experience in similar industrial supply environment (machining, industrial vending, manufacturing)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong computer skills and long-term experience using Microsoft Office programs
